What is on the Lift Right dashboard?
For: Everyone
Your day in one screen. The Pulse strip across the top shows active participants, overdue follow-ups, and services logged over the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Next, the Participant pipeline shows how many people are at each intake step. Then Needs you today, which is the actual list of work waiting on you. Administrators also see Grant burn rate, Funding, Caseload by caseworker and Demographics.

What is the Participant pipeline?
Four steps, left to right, each a number you can click: Intakes in progress, Review & assign, Baseline assessment, and Ready to enroll. A click jumps to that step’s list lower on the page. Caseworkers see the last two steps only. It answers where people are stuck before anyone has to go looking.
What is Needs you today?
The queue. Every task, referral, check-in and message that is waiting on someone, filtered by type and ordered by urgency. It follows your team across pages rather than living only on the dashboard, so a caseworker who navigates away does not lose their list.
Address on a row opens that person’s Pathway, and Dismiss hides a reminder without changing the item. For administrators, approval items (service requests, costs awaiting approval, payments that need an amount) are high urgency and lead that group, oldest first. They open the Approvals tab under Grants. When there is nothing in it, it says so.
What are thresholds?
Timers that decide when something becomes a flag. They are set once for the whole organization by a full administrator, from the Thresholds button on the dashboard, and they change tempo for every program at the same time.
Threshold | Default |
|---|---|
Baseline overdue after assignment | 7 days |
Intake draft stale | 7 days |
Review queue wait flag | 3 days |
Check-in gap (Needs You Today) | 14 days |
Referral follow-up nudge | 14 days |
Auto-archive after exit | 90 days |
Auto-archive after no activity | 365 days |
Dismissed reminders kept for | 15 days |
The same dialog holds Auto-approve small costs, which is off until you enter an amount, and Automatic sign-out, 5 to 60 minutes with 15 as the default.
Set them to the pace your organization actually works at. A number that fires constantly stops being read.
What do administrators see that caseworkers do not?
Grant burn rate, a ring for each grant with a budget. Funding, with reporting deadlines and grant risk. Caseload by caseworker, with Balance caseloads. The first two pipeline steps, Intakes in progress and Review & assign, plus Line activation requests when any are waiting. And Demographics. A caseworker’s dashboard is narrower: My caseload, Recently assigned to you, and a list of their own participants.
