What are the five headline figures?

Active participants, how many are enrolled on a grant, how many have a baseline, how many have been re-assessed at least once, and pathway completion as a share of service lines finished. Grant-enrolled and With a baseline each show their share of active participants, and completion shows how many service lines it counts, so you can see the coverage behind the number rather than only the number.

Is the self-sufficiency composite a clinical score?

No, and the page says so on the page. It is a directional composite of re-assessed participants, with domains weighted by coverage. It is built for board and funder reporting, not for clinical judgement about an individual.

Being honest about this in the interface is deliberate. A number presented as more precise than it is will eventually be challenged by someone entitled to challenge it.

What is the difference between this and grant reports?

Data and Insights is your whole organization, for you and your board. A grant report is one funder, one reporting period, in that funder’s own measures. The first is how you are doing. The second is what you owe.
