The Grants page holds each award with its funder, amount and period, and shows how many people are enrolled under it. Programs are tied to the grant that funds them, and each service in your Service catalog names the funding source that pays for it, so services your team records are charged to the right award without a caseworker deciding where they go.

Create and edit grants: name, funder, funder program (a list of named federal programs grouped by service line, including ORR (Office of Refugee Resettlement) Matching Grant, ORR Refugee Support Services, Preferred Communities, Refugee Career Pathways, USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) citizenship grants, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) Title I, VA (Department of Veterans Affairs) SSVF, DOL (Department of Labor) HVRP and JVSG, HUD-VASH, DOL REO, DOJ (Department of Justice) Second Chance Act, and others across housing, mental health, education, healthcare, family services, financial stability and legal services, or Custom / other), award amount, period, status, contacts, and the service window in days.

Service windows

The service window is the funder’s self-sufficiency clock. It is set per grant, in days. Left blank, an ORR Matching Grant uses its 240 days; for any other program, enter the funder’s window, because without one the directory shows no clock for people on that grant. Enrolled clients show a Day X/window chip: on track (green) through 75 percent of the window, approaching (amber) to the end, past target (red) beyond it. The 31-day enrollment flag separately tracks whether the client was enrolled within 31 days of their eligibility or intake date.

Each grant’s detail view lists the people currently enrolled, with the service-window clock and the 31-day enrollment flag.
