What is Delmar?

Delmar is the support assistant built into Lift Right. Ask a question in plain language and the answer arrives in a panel beside what you were doing, rather than in a help center in another tab. It knows the product. It does not know your participants.

Can Delmar see our participants’ records?

No. Delmar answers questions about how Lift Right works. It has no access to participant data, case notes, or anything another organization has entered.

Why does the panel stay open when I navigate?

Because Delmar’s answers are usually instructions: open the Grant reports page, then the Goals tab. An assistant that closed the moment you followed its advice would be useless for exactly the questions it is best at. The conversation stays with you for the session.

Can we use our own Anthropic API key?

No. An API key is a payment instrument with no spending cap, so holding yours would mean holding something that spends your money.

Your subscription includes a monthly allowance instead. There is no charge per question and no overage bill.

What happens if we use up the allowance?

Delmar keeps working. Instead of writing an answer tailored to your question, the same panel shows you the help sections that match it, and says plainly why the answers changed. Nothing is disabled and nothing extra is charged.

You can see your usage in the app, so the limit is never a surprise.
