What does a participant see in Lift Right?

For: Caseworker

Participants sign in to their own Launch Pad. They see their stage, their plan, and the services they are working on, and they can message their caseworker directly. They never see another participant's record.

Clients sign in and see only their own world:

  • Messages with their caseworker, in a familiar chat thread.

  • Their journey: stage-aware content that walks them from Intake through Needs Assessment to Matched, then shows their active service lines and progress once they are working with a caseworker. Encouragement lines rotate, tailored to their service categories.

  • Requesting services: early on, before the baseline, Launch Pad shows a one-time “What do you need help with?” checklist. Each need the client ticks becomes a service line with the Requested stage; the caseworker confirms before it becomes real work. There is no other request control in Launch Pad, so later asks go through Messages.

Launch Pad shows the record that is linked to the signed-in account. An account with no record linked to it sees a short message asking the person to contact their caseworker, and no journey.

Questions people ask

What does a service line look like in Launch Pad?
Each service line is a card with its name, a stage tracker, the primary goal and target date once the caseworker has set them, and its tasks with their due dates. A line the participant asked for shows as pending caseworker review until the caseworker confirms it.
Can a participant request a service?
Yes, once, early on. Before the baseline, Launch Pad shows a one-time 'What do you need help with?' checklist. Each need they tick appears as a service line with the Requested stage and becomes real work only after the caseworker confirms it. After that, requests go to the caseworker through Messages.
What can a participant see?
Only their own world: messages with their caseworker, their journey stages, and their active service lines with goals and tasks. Never another participant's record.
